At Paramount Skills, we want you to be completely satisfied with your training. Please review our standard terms regarding refunds, cancellations, and the protection of our learning materials.
1. 3-Day Cooling-Off Period
You have 3 calendar days from the date of enrolment to cancel your course and request a refund.
Notification: You must contact Paramount Skills within this 3-day window.
Materials: Any physical materials must be returned in re-saleable condition at the student’s expense.
Digital Access: Upon cancellation, access to your online learning portal will be terminated immediately.
Software Exception: We cannot offer refunds for any third-party software (e.g., Sage or Microsoft Office) once the license has been registered or activated.
2. Fees & Deductions
Usage Charges: If you cancel within 3 days but have already submitted work for tutor marking, the cost of materials and services for that specific unit will be charged at the individual unit rate.
Damaged Items: Fees for damaged or missing materials will be deducted from your refund.
Non-Refundable Costs: Postage and packaging (P&P) fees are non-refundable once materials have been dispatched. Any Awarding Body or Exam Centre fees paid to Paramount Skills remain payable if the cancellation is approved.
Bundled Discounts: If you enrolled in a multi-level package at a discounted rate and later cancel one level, the discount is void. The level(s) retained will be charged at the full individual price, and only the remaining balance will be refunded.
3. Cancellations After 3 Days
Once the 3-day cooling-off period has expired, no refunds will be issued. If you are paying via a payment plan, you remain legally required to complete all remaining instalments as agreed at enrolment.
4. Payment Disputes & Chargebacks
We are committed to resolving any issues fairly. Customers must contact Paramount Skills directly to discuss concerns before initiating a chargeback through a bank or card provider.
Raising a chargeback without prior contact may be viewed as a breach of contract or a fraudulent claim.
Paramount Skills reserves the right to recharge the customer for any non-refundable fees incurred by the chargeback process and seek compensation for any resulting financial or reputational damage.
5. Intellectual Property & Data Protection
In accordance with GDPR and Intellectual Property law, all Paramount Skills study materials are for your exclusive use only. You must not share, reproduce, or distribute any content—including on-demand videos, online assignments, and digital workbooks—to any third party without our prior written consent.
Unauthorised sharing of account credentials or materials will result in the immediate withdrawal of course access and potential further action.
